1/2 dozen fresh oysters served on a bed of crushed ice

  • Welsh rarebit (toasted beer cheese and mustard sauce on potato bread) and Killarney toast (pesto and goat cheese on potato bread)
  • Two cups of soup from a weekly rotating chef’s selection.

Second Course Entree (Choice of Two)

  • Grilled swordfish steak with a lemon and thyme sauce
  • Traditional Irish prime rib with Yorkshire pudding, roasted potatoes, and sweet carrots
  • Baked quail with a balsamic peach glaze

  • Ireland’s bread pudding with caramel sauce
  • Bavarian raspberry torte (white cake with raspberry filling)
