What do you do when a Franciscan brewery in Cork decide to age their stout in previously perfected Jameson casks ? You return them to Jameson to bathe them in MORE Jameson for 6 months until you perfect a beer finished whiskey.
Lastly you send the bottles on their holiday’s to Colorado and finally into the Celtic Tavern and Delaney’s for us to enjoy.
